The Credit Union Foundation wants to capture the memories of the pioneers who set up, ran and used credit unions in the 60s,70s, 80s and 90s
With your help, we can make sure the stories of the people who started our credit union movement are captured and preserved for future generations.
• Do you
remember the early days of your credit union?
• Do you have some stories to tell about how you set up or ran the credit union, and how it changed over the years?
• Would you be interested in telling your story and adding to an oral history archive?
• Or would you be interested in volunteering for the project, helping to record these memories or running
events that help people share their stories?
The Credit Union Foundation is developing a bid to the National Lottery Heritage Fund for an oral history project and
wants to hear from you if you would like to take part, or be kept in touch with the project as it develops and as events are planned.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to show your support and let us know how you would like to be involved:
By telling your story, helping us to record the story, by attending events or learning more about the project.
